Accepted payment options
We can discuss payment by USDT, Myanmar Kyat (MMK), and Myanmar bank transfer, subject to quotation and order confirmation. The payment instructions and receiving details are provided only through the official quotation or confirmed order communication.
Down-payment guidance
- Standard orders: generally 50% down payment.
- Drive test phones: generally 70% down payment.
- Software and licensing: generally 70% down payment.
- Scanners and analyzers: generally 70% down payment.
These percentages are standard guidance and may change when product source, license terms, configuration, special procurement, or availability requires different conditions.
Balance, delivery and order confirmation
The remaining balance, delivery timing, handover method, and any applicable freight or local charges are confirmed in the quotation. An order is not treated as fully confirmed until the applicable payment terms and product configuration are agreed.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund or cancellation treatment depends on whether a product has already been sourced, configured, licensed, shipped, or specially procured. Product-specific conditions should be reviewed before payment. Software licenses and special-order equipment may have supplier restrictions.
Import licensing, taxes & regulatory requirements
Certain products may be subject to applicable import licensing, purchaser-related taxes, customs procedures, telecommunications regulations or other requirements depending on the product, purchaser, intended use, import arrangement and applicable Myanmar requirements.
- Import licenses or approvals may be required where applicable.
- Purchaser-related taxes, duties, customs charges or regulatory fees may apply unless specifically included in a written quotation.
- Requirements may vary by product and purchaser.
- Customers are encouraged to confirm applicable requirements before finalizing a purchase or import arrangement.
Detailed arrangements can be discussed openly through our enquiry form, email, telephone or direct local communication in Myanmar.
